“For the king knows about these things, and to him I speak boldly. For I am persuaded that none of these things has escaped his notice, for this has not been done in a corner.”

Maybe the disciples stole the body. Possible, but then they died defending something they knew they had faked, and people rarely do that. Maybe the women went to the wrong tomb. Possible, though the authorities could have produced the body and ended the movement in an afternoon. Maybe it was hallucination. Grief does strange things, but hallucinations are private, and this claim involves groups. Maybe the story grew over time, except the earliest sources already contain it.
None of that is proof. Each explanation has defenders who are smarter than either of us, and an honest person can weigh it all and still walk away unconvinced. That is a real option and nobody should shame you for taking it.
But the claim was made in public, in a checkable place, while witnesses were alive.
