Open your Bible and read Acts 9:1-19
“Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old has passed away; behold, the new has come.”

Then read about Saul today. He hunted Christians. He held the coats while they killed Stephen. He dragged families out of their homes over their faith in Jesus. If anyone had a case for being too far gone, he did. Jesus met him on a road, and that man became Paul, who wrote most of the New Testament you are holding.
God does not patch people up. He makes them new. You are not a repaired version of the person you were last week. In Christ you are a new creation, and the old has genuinely passed away. Your history is real, but it is no longer your identity.
What Jesus did with Saul, He is doing with you.
