Open your Bible and read Acts 1:1-8
“But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth.”
Acts 1:8 · ESVSixty days ago you met Jesus. Look at what is true now. You are the righteousness of God in Christ, chosen holy and blameless before the foundation of the world. You are filled with the Holy Spirit. You know how to get into the secret place. You are in the Word and you are with His people.
You are not a beginner anymore. You are sent.
Somebody in your world is standing exactly where you were standing two months ago. Same fear, same shame, same locked room they think disqualifies them. And they will not hear it from a stranger. They will hear it from you, because they watched the change happen up close.
You have received power. So go. Tell your story, pray for people, love the hard ones, bring them to Jesus. This is what the rest of your life is for!
